Sea Yonko, Big Mother is a very powerful user of Conqueror’s Layer Haki, and he used this ability in the fight against Page One, where he knocked him out in one attack. Big Mom doesn’t use this power as much as fans would like, but her defensive abilities are such that she even took on Kid’s Damned Punk and held up very well against him, all by utilizing the power of her Conqueror’s Haki. In fact, Big Mom’s Haki is so strong that until her psychological spirit is broken, she can’t even be scratched by most people.

Mastery of this Haki overall seems very good.

Rayleigh Silver is a very powerful user of the Conqueror’s Haki layer, and considering that he is one of the elite of the One Piece world despite not having a Devil Fruit, it is clear that his control over Haki is immense. Rayleigh’s Conqueror’s Haki was so powerful that it scared Blackbeard away from Amazon Lily, although it should be noted that he believed he would lose the battle if the two fought.

In terms of Conqueror’s Haki Layer abilities, Gaban has more than Rayleigh’s abilities, and that shows how dangerous he can be in a fight. Gaban even taught a bit about Conqueror’s Layer Haki to Luffy and Zoro, and he is a very relevant character in Elbaf.
