Samsung is once again stealing attention ahead of the launch of its newest product line. This time, leaked official renders of the Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro are circulating widely and provide the clearest picture so far regarding the design of the latest generation earbuds.
These two audio devices are expected to be introduced together with the Samsung Galaxy S26 series on February 25 2026.
Reporting from Android Headlines (03/02/26), It is clear that Samsung is preparing two variants to target different user segments.
Galaxy Buds 4 is positioned as a direct challenger to Apple AirPods, while Galaxy Buds 4 Pro is prepared to compete in the premium class against AirPods Pro.
New Design with Transparent Casing
One of the most striking changes to the Galaxy Buds 4 series lies in the design of the charging case. Samsung appears to be abandoning the classic oval design and moving towards a more modern rectangular shape.
Interestingly, this casing is equipped with a transparent cover, giving a futuristic and premium impression.
The earbuds sit horizontally in the case, with the Samsung logo clearly visible on the front.
For the regular version of the Galaxy Buds 4, the casing appears in two colors, where the base is dark green, while the inside matches the color of the earbuds.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro is said to come in a white shade that matches the earbuds.
Differences between Galaxy Buds 4 and Buds 4 Pro
Even though at first glance they look similar, there are main differences between the Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro. The Galaxy Buds 4 come without silicone eartips, sporting an open-fit design similar to the AirPods.
This model is intended for users who want long-term comfort without pressure in the ear.
In contrast, the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro feature silicone eartips, which provide better sound isolation.
This design allows for more optimal external soundproofing and is usually the main choice for users who prioritize audio quality and noise canceling features.
Samsung will reportedly include several sizes of eartips in the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro sales package, so that users can adjust the comfort and seal according to the shape of each ear.
Physical Details and Features Starting to Be Revealed
From the renderings circulating, it can be seen that both earbuds have a charging connector on the inside of the stem, as well as several microphone holes placed on the bottom of the stem and the back side of the earbuds.
This placement indicates improvements in voice call quality and noise canceling features.
Previous leaks also stated that Samsung might introduce a pinch and hold gesture (pinch to hold) to activate Interpreter Mode, a feature that enables real-time language translation.
If properly realized, this feature could be a unique selling point, especially for users who frequently travel or work across countries.
Battery Leaks and Prices
In terms of power, rumors say that the Galaxy Buds 4 will be equipped with a 42mAh battery, while the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro will have a 57mAh battery.
Although not officially confirmed, this capacity suggests an increase in battery life compared to the previous generation, especially for the Pro variant.
For price, the Galaxy Buds 4 is expected to be priced at around €179 or around IDR 3.5 million, while the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro is at €249 or around IDR 4.9 million.
With this price range, Samsung seems serious about placing these two products as the main options in the mid to premium class true wireless earbuds segment.
If this leak is accurate, the Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro will be officially introduced along with the Samsung Galaxy S26 series at the end of February 2026.
